Lifetime Images provides the Vendor Reviews segment of www.Lifetimeimages.com as a resource to bridal couples who are researching wedding venues in the Southern California area. Lifetime Images does not sell advertising space to, nor receive financial benefit from the venues listed in the reviews.  The views expressed are strictly the opinions of Lifetime Images, and do not necessarily reflect the views of their clients or affiliate vendors. Lifetime Images maintains the perspective that the venues listed in the reviews are  among the better venues in Southern California.  That being said, Lifetime Images to does not formally endorse nor discourage prospective bridal couples from doing business with any venue listed.   A vendor's past performance is a good benchmark, but not necessarily a prediction, guarantee or warrantee of future performance.  Any business dealing with a bridal couple and any venue listed has nothing to do with business dealings of Lifetime Images.   Therefore any legal action arising from torts, fraud, misrepresentation, contract violation, or monies lost, for any reason does not affect Lifetime Images. 

According to Wikipedia,  Freedom of the Press (or Press Freedom) is the guarantee by a government of free public press for its citizens and their associations, extended to members of news gathering organizations, and their published reporting. It also extends to news gathering, and processes involved in obtaining information for public distribution. Not all countries are protected by a bill of rights or the constitutional provision pertaining to Freedom of the Press.  Lifetime Images maintains its right to publish these reviews under freedom of press, much like bloggers do, 

The information that is contained in the Venue Reviews as well as the rest of the website is Copyright  2008 Lifetime Images Photography. This includes the images displayed on the website.  However, we are going to take the concept of the Venue Review a couple of steps further.   At the time of creating the venue review we have known of no other vendor nor journalistic organization offering the same service.  Therefore the format of the Venue Review is intellectual property of Lifetime Images Photography.  Though there are many photographers who share images and list names of the venue they don't share the same style format as The Venue Reviews from Lifetime Images. 

In an era where people feel that whatever they can take from a website is fair game we do wish to inform them that we mean business when it comes to copying our images or intellectual property.  The minimum settlement we will consider starts at  $5000.  Therefore, if you need a fresh idea for your website, there are millions of them that are free, ours aren't.
